Energy has so many meanings. It can refer to stamina, vibe, personality, and electricity. When we talk about energy as in our energy field or univeral life force, it is a little different. It isn't something that is seen, but there is evidence that it is there. This quick overview is appropriate for kids and adults. Space is limited.
